We have made extension jaws to enable our Honing Guide to sharpen mortise chisels. The mortise jaws are CNC milled from German 6061 aircraft aluminium. They are wide in nature to maintain stiffness to keep the blade square. They are designed specifically to only fit our Honing Guide and will retro fit earlier models of our Honing Guide. The sharpening angles are the full honing guide range. The jaws are secured in place each side with two stainless grub screws. We include a hex key to adjust the screws.
